Arizona U.S. Sen. John McCain said something on CBS’s “Face the Nation” Sunday about the U.S.’s handling of the ongoing standoff between Russia and Ukraine that surprised host Bob Schieffer.
“I’m ashamed of my country, I’m ashamed of my president and I’m ashamed of myself that I haven’t done more to help these people,” McCain said. “It is really, really heartbreaking.”

McCain should be ashamed, along with the other 534 sitting members of Congress! they show more concern for the people in every other country but nothing but rhetoric and disdain for those in need in the good ol' USA. Veterans left homeless and ignored by the VA. The homeless starving in the streets. Legal citizens trying to live on social security while illegals are given everything for free. children hungry while in school. Should I go on? Yeah McCain, be ashamed but why don't you do something for your country instead of just taking home $174,000 a year for flappin your jaws?
